When will I receive my package?
We aim to ship orders within two to three business days (excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once our fulfillment team has packed your order ready for courier pick-up. If you receive this notification after 2pm MST, it’s likely that your package will be on the road the following business day.
My order is a gift for someone else - can I include a note?
Upon checkout you can add an order note. Anything in this field will appear on a discreet packing slip inside your package (which already omits pricing information).
Or you can e-mail us a note an we will include it with the package.
We do not offer gift wrapping, but our items are packed with care and attention — each product comes with beautiful, item-specific packaging.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We are not currently setup to ship outside the United States. International orders have proven to be problematic, we are working to change this in the future.
Do I need to register my Tipsy Jigger?
Our tracking system records each serial number to the buyer. If your jigger was a gift you should contact us by e-mail and we can update our records. Please send a picture of your jigger’s serial number for verification.
Is the Tipsy Jigger dishwasher safe?
Yes, but we recommend hand washing and drying.
Over time my jigger has developed some stains on the surface, how can I remove them?
We recommend using a small amount of Bar Keepers Friend and gently rub the area with a finger under running water, this should remove any stains.
Can I return my order and get a refund?
Please contact us promptly by e-mail and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
What if my jigger is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us promptly upon discovering shipping damage to your jigger and we will work out replacement on an individual basis.
